We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that a return is required WinterProof will accept returns within 30 days of a customer's purchase.

Your item must be unused and in its original condition as received with all original packaging. To make a return please contact us at customerservice@shopwinterproof.com to indicate a return has been sent and the reason for your return.

Please enclose the original invoice as received along with the return item or items. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please send all returns to:
