**Holiday Shipping Notice**

Due to the increased volume of shipments during the holiday season, shipping to the United States and international destinations is currently taking longer than usual. Some orders may experience unexpected delays while in transit or during customs clearance. As a result, delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed for U.S. or international orders.

Additionally, please expect longer than normal processing times during the holidays due to scheduled warehouse and office closures.  Our office and warehouse will be closed several days during this time as we all take a much-needed break 😊. Please expect approximately 3-7 business days for processing your order, plus shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Canada

WinterProof offers FREE SHIPPING across Canada on all orders over $50.00. Orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post and typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days once the order has been processed. All orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00 + tax. Please allow up to 14 business days for orders shipped to remote locations. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing.

All WinterProof customers will be provided a tracking number once their order has been processed and shipped.

WinterProof will accept orders being shipped to a Canada PO Box but please be aware that these orders will be shipped via Canada Post and some may not be provided a tracking number.

United States

WinterProof offers FREE SHIPPING across the continental US on all orders over $50.00. All orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00 + tax

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico and shipping rates are calculated by order and area. To get an estimated shipping cost you may click on your shopping cart and scroll down to Get Shipping Estimate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

WinterProof is excited to offer shipping to select countries around the world!

Please note, International shipping rates are calculated by order and area. To get an estimated shipping cost you may click on your shopping cart and scroll down to Get Shipping Estimate.

Orders are shipped via Post or UPS depending on the shipping option that you choose.

Please be aware of the shipping times when choosing your shipping method/option. Most Post shipping options do not come with tracking unless otherwise note.  Any duties or taxes that are applied upon receiving must be paid by the purchaser.
